 Lonnie and I have been married for 47 years. We have two sons and daughters-in-law and six grandchildren. Pat and Heather live in
LaPorte, Texas with our granddaughter, Madison and grandson, Michael. Jim and Beth live in Alvin, Texas with Bryce, Emily, Kobi, and
Garrett. (Three boys and one girl) Lonnie and I enjoy traveling with our children and grandchildren as well as reading. I also enjoy sewing for our
granddaughters. Forty years in education sums up my professional life. Since retirement I have done some consulting and contract work in education. Life is good, and I look forward to visiting with my classmates. Update 04/01/09.. |

Judith Quinettte Webb (1940 - 2010) ODESSA
Judith Quinettte Webb, age 69, was called home by her Heavenly Father on
Thursday, April 1, 2010. She was born Oct. 2, 1940, in Odessa,
Texas, to Gordon and Virginia Oliver. She married Sonny Webb on July 10,
1958, in Odessa. She was Past President of ABWA (American Business Women
Association) and was chosen as Woman of the Year for ABWA. She was also
a longtime employee of West Texas Office Supply and retired from Service
Office Supply. She enjoyed the outdoors, was a master gardener, deer
hunter and bird watcher and also loved to read. She is survived by her
husband of 52 years, Sonny Webb (OHS 1958); her children, Fred Webb,
Kathy and husband Bruce Abbott, Nancy and husband Jimmy Looney, all of
Odessa; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother,
Marion and wife Robin Oliver of Hutto, Texas; several nieces and
nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, April 5, 2010, at Life Unlimited, 4224 E. Loop 338, in Odessa with Don Palmer officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank all the staff of Home Hospice and of Compass Hospice who helped care for her. Arrangements are under the direction of Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Eddie L. O'Rear (1941-2010) Eddie
Lynn O'Rear, 68, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 11, 2010, in
his sleep at his home.Eddie was born on March 19, 1941, in Vivian, La. Eddie married Terry Lane Shoemake on Sept. 3, 1958, in Stanton, Texas. They moved to Kenai in 1967 and to Fairbanks for good in 1969. Eddie moved to Alaska to be the Alaska manager for Petroleum Engineered Distribution Co., which he worked for until 1973. In 1974, Eddie and three other partners formed Sourdough Freight Lines before construction of the trans-Alaska oil pipeline and continued the business until 1981. He later worked in sales with Peninsula Shippers and then Northern Consolidators. Eddie retired in May 2009 after six years at Carlile Transport. He said working at Carlile was one of the most enjoyable experiences of his career. Eddie enjoyed golf, fishing and being a member of the UAA and UAF Hockey Booster Clubs. Eddie is survived by his loving wife, Terry O'Rear of Fairbanks; daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Johnny Mitchell of Denver City, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Shawn and Kim O'Rear and granddaughter Breeanna O'Rear of North Pole; son, Hayden O'Rear of Fairbanks; daughter-in-law, Kari Bernard of Fairbanks; granddaughter, Katie O'Rear of Fairbanks; brothers, Gary O'Rear and Greg Wright of Texas; and sister, Deborah Seal of Texas. Eddie was preceded in death by his mother, Bess O'Rear Wright; father, Oren O'Rear; and stepfather, Bob Wright. There are no services planned per Eddie's wishes. He asked for his ashes to be spread at one of the many great rivers in Alaska that he had fished during the years. The family asks any memorial donations be made to the UAF Hockey Scholarship Fund. Arrangements were by Chapel of Chimes Funeral Home. Update 04/02/2010. |

Married to Charlotte, 1 son. Retired in 1992 as engineer for offshore drilling co., Hobbies to many to list. (rec. 4-26-99) Currently residing in Dickinson, TX. My wife worked for NASA Johnson Space Center here and recently retired after 30 years with the government. We have sold our house and will be moving to Pagosa Springs around the first of June to begin building our retirement home. Charlotte and I married in 1990.
