So sorry to have missed the July reunion! I bought a T/H & moved a couple of years ago and I am guessing that my change of address was no longer valid. To those who worked so hard on this web site, it is fantastic. Thank you for your time and effort. Well, let's see, I'm still in Houston (25 years), I'm still in the "awl bidness" and really enjoy it. My two daughters are grown and married and fortunately for me, they live here too. My oldest, Marissa has a daughter, Brooke Elyce who w/b 14 in May. Shannon has a precious little boy (2 ½), Colton Chase and is expecting another (hopefully a girl) in July. My life is blessed. After taking early retirement in 1989 I came to work for The Coastal Corporation headquartered here in Houston. Since I've been here almost 11 years, I hope they w/let me stay till retirement…..I'm too old to be out looking for employment, and too young to retire! I moved my mom to Houston in 1990 so she could be closer. She fell on 7 December 1994 was immediately became quadriplegic. The accident, in addition to ending my 39-year marriage was an almost unbearable time for me. I never imagined that the "role reversal" from child to parent would be so painful. Mom was 86 when she left us on 20 January 1995. I was truly blessed to be holding her in my arms with both of my girls present. On a lighter note, my life is as busy as I want it to be. My faith and my church have been the strongest blessings in my life. I am in good health, still have all my teeth (LOL) and really enjoy traveling, going to country bazaars, putzing w/my plants and researching my ancestry. Genealogy is addictive. I worked on it some about 20 years ago but put it aside to be a domestic engineer, yada, yada, yada! About a year and a half ago I really got into it big-time….it is absolutely amazing how much information is available online. I also love to travel when time & $$$ allow! My next trip will be to the IOM (Isle of Man) which is a tiny island in the Irish Sea surrounded by England, Ireland & Scotland. I have done a great deal of research in this area; it is the land of my dad's people and I love learning about the Manx. I continue my membership to Beta Sigma Phi International sorority of which I joined in Odessa 30+ years ago. It is an international women's friendship network. It also provides educational programs to its members and opportunities for service to others. We are women of all ages, interests, and educational and economic backgrounds, and are the largest organization of our kind in the world. Some of my favorite things to do are going to the Houston museum district. Houston has one of the best in the state. The Museum of Science and the IMAX is a great place for just hangin' out with my granddaughter. Moody Gardens is just around the corner in Galveston and of course the Space Center. Jones Music Hall and the Brown Convention Center provide a variety of entertainments during the year and at the moment are presenting Barnum's Kaleidoscape. Our relatively new Holocaust Museum has been very well done; it is sad, but also a part of our past millennium history. One of our favorites is the going to the Houston Live Stock Show & Rodeo. There is always great entertainment, good food, and too many people! Again, this is a wonderful way to stay in touch & I would love to hear from any of you….be happy, MIZPAH,

She graduated from Odessa High School in 1959 and had been a lifelong Odessa resident. She married Barney Keith Patton on January 15, 1960, in Odessa. She had worked for Nelson Pharmacy for 21 years and was the co-owner of Lady Petite from 1984 to 1991. For the last six years she had worked for Dunlaps. She had been a longtime, active member of the First Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her father, E.J. Holdridge in 1995. Mickey was a very special person to all who knew her. She was always there to help others in their time of need and would always touch their hearts with her loving spirit and smile. She treasured her family and loved to be around them, no matter how many were there.

He then opened an agency as broker (All Pro Realtors) that was named Small Business of the Year and boasted 17 agents at its peak. When management wore thin and he wanted back in sales full time, he sold his company to a 60-year-old Dallas firm that then purchased CENTURY 21 franchises for its offices...so he's gone "full circle," except that this company is now the largest in North Texas/Louisiana and fourth largest in the world in units sold! We have two sons, Randy and Stacy, both of whom will as of this summer reside in Grand Prairie.
